We had a wonderful Christmas Season! The boys had fun making a Christmas Countdown chain and putting up all the decorations. Grandma Hess gave us these blocks with the nativity scene on them. Josh loved to stack them in all different ways.
Every Year Grandma Hess gives us a Hal mark ornament to put on our tree so the boys loved seeing all the different ones they have as well as the ones I have gotten through my childhood years and through our marriage
Scott's job was to open them all and put a hook on them so we could find a good spot on the tree to hang them
Then to top it off we finished with the Santa hat on top. Next year I am going to take the boys out to find a special star to go on the top. That is something that i remember about our tree growing up and I would like to have one of our own!
Yes this picture is kinda dorky of Scott and I but it was Collin taking the picture and we were trying to make sure our heads didn't get cut off!
Then we set the camera on the table and had it auto take! That night we read our scriptures by the tree, listened to a song by the tabernacle choir and ate little Christmas tree snack cakes! It was a fun family night to get us all in the Christmas spirit!
